Anne Williams

Anne built her recruiting career in fast-moving, high-growth environments, where the right hires and the right hiring approach shape the future of a company.

 She started in agency recruiting, focusing on full-lifecycle sales hiring, before moving in-house to Clearwire during rapid scale. She later spent 12 years at Slalom leading Talent Acquisition for Global Services as the firm expanded from 10 U.S. markets to 50+ globally.

Along the way, she’s partnered closely with executive leaders on high-impact hiring, including succession planning and C-suite talent mapping. She built and led top-performing teams, designed scalable processes, and developed inclusive training programs for 300+ recruiters.

She believes the candidate experience is a direct reflection of a company’s brand, and that the best outcomes come from strong relationships and true partnership.

Erin Petersen

Erin is a recruiting leader recognized for building teams and talent strategies that drive meaningful, long-term impact.

She began her career in agency, partnering with high-growth organizations across the Accounting & Finance industry and embedding herself within their businesses to align with their missions and growth goals. She later moved in-house at a global consulting firm, where she led hiring initiatives across key corporate functions and supported recruiting efforts tied to market expansion.

Known for her ability to operate as a true extension of her clients’ teams, she builds partnerships grounded in trust, alignment, and long-term success. Her experience spans executive hiring to high-volume team buildouts, and she works closely with leaders to shape and execute long-term talent strategies.

Her approach is deeply network-driven and relationship-first, delivering high-touch experiences that reflect the brands she represents.

Lacey Labrum

Lacey is known for hiring the best executive talent and building award winning recruiting teams across companies ranging from boutique firms to Fortune 50 organizations.

With a background in program management, consulting, and technical recruiting; she brings a practical approach to complex hiring challenges. She can find you the best candidate and train your current teams to repeat the magic.
