She began in agency recruiting in San Diego, moved in-house at Clearwire—a high-growth wireless technology company during rapid scale—and spent over a decade at Slalom leading Talent Acquisition for Global Services as the firm grew from 10 markets nationwide to 50+ globally.

She’s known for bringing both clarity and structure to complex hiring challenges—building and scaling recruiting functions, designing effective processes, and helping leaders move with confidence.
